The fit of the head cushion is critical to both comfort and safety. The head cushion should be adjusted so that it assists in the proper seal of the oral nasal mask to the face. The head cushion is one out of a three part system. The Earphone holes are no longer present in the side pieces, but may be cut if the user prefers. The material is laser cut to prevent the edges from fraying or unraveling and has a handy loop attached to the liner for hanging and drying.

Features
- 16 in. VELCRO® closures with a three pocket system for easier replacement of the foam.
- Beveled and contoured foam to conform better to the contours of the helmet for better fit and comfort.
- Outer shell is made of a durable, nylon based material and a webbing strap has been added to strengthen the mounting snaps.
- VELCRO® has also been applied to the exterior for attachment of the head cushion foam spacer (HCFS, P/N 525-745).
- A loop has been added to the top of the head cushion for ease of drying.
- A snap on the back for the convenience of attaching the chin cushion while drying.
- Laser cut material edges prevent fraying and unraveling.
- Head cushion can be adjusted by removing, folding and/or trimming the foam inserts.
- The Kirby Morgan 510-754 Head Cushion replaces the 510-682 Head Cushion.
